Application Process
1.1 How are applications processed?
All applications for roles within Mow and Glow Ltd should be made online via our online email address: admin@mowandglow.co.uk only.
Where needed, please make sure to explain clearly within your application form how you meet the key criteria of the role and provide a CV that describes your work history and experience.
Please Note: Our shortlisting process provides a confidential and anonymous shortlisting panel that only utilises information that is relevant to potential experience and performance within the role. Panel members will therefore not see personal information/ details.
If you have any difficulties with submitting your application please contact us. Please note emails are picked up Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays) and Saturday-Sunday 8:30am - 1:00pm.
1.2 How long will I need to wait for a reply?
Mow and Glow Ltd aims to respond to all applicants within two weeks of the vacancies closing date. If you have not heard back from us after two weeks post the vacancy closing date, this indicates that your application was unsuccessful. If you are successful, Mow and Glow Ltd will contact you via the contact details provided in the application form within two weeks of submitting the application.
1.3 What if I just want to send my CV and not fill in an application form?
Mow and Glow Ltd appreciates that for some vacancies applicants will prefer to send the a copy of their CV. If so, please make sure that your details and employment history have been updated and that your personal details are correct.
